Newly Released UIL Updates

The UIL just released new updates for the season - there are several major changes - meet requirements and qualifiers for district/regionals/state meet .

DUE to these updates - I am working on a new meet schedule - I will have this out ASAP - the only meets that are affected are the Invitational Meets (I am trying to work on keeping the same date but only swimming one or two teams instead)
