Heat Sheet for 9/24 Meet and Transportation

Please print the heat sheet if you would like a copy for the meet, they will not be available at the Nat.

Also, regarding transportation:

Home Meets (at the NAT)

  • Athletes provide their own transportation to and from the NAT

AWAY Meets 

  • ALL athletes will ride the bus as a team to the meet - after the meet is over a guardian may sign them out with the team manager OR they may ride the bus back to CP

  • In a circumstance where an athlete needs to ride with another athlete's parent - the parent of that athlete must send me an email giving the other parent permission to drive them home prior to the meet

  • the ONLY circumstance where an athlete may need to have a different mode of transportation OR leave early is if they have another school function or UIL event - this must be communicated to Coach Banes before the meet
